WakeWindows

About WakeWindows

WakeWindows is a free tool site for parents running their day around baby naps. It turns two inputs — your baby's age and a wake-up or nap-end time — into the numbers you actually need: the wake-window range for that age, when the next nap window opens, and when bedtime should land.

Where the ranges come from

The age-by-age ranges were compiled in September 2026 from widely used pediatric sleep resources — Huckleberry's published sample schedules, Taking Cara Babies, Full Feedings, and similar mainstream sources. Published ranges disagree by ±15 minutes at the edges, which is why every tool here shows a range and reminds you that your baby's sleep cues outrank any chart.

What this site is not

It is not medical advice, and it is not affiliated with any sleep app, consultancy, or medical organization. Every baby differs — premature babies, babies with reflux, and babies with medical conditions may need individualized guidance from your pediatrician. If something about your baby's sleep worries you, ask a professional; that's what they are for.
